The HyperRocket electric autocycle has been designed and analyzed using modern computer aided tools. Specialized software packages for design (CAD), aerodynamics (CFD), full frame stress analysis (FEA), suspension dynamics and drive cycle efficiency were all used to optimize the design. Validation testing utilized high speed data acquisition systems and all components of the chassis are fabricated using CNC equipment to precise standards.
